Design:

Whether you have a specific idea in mind or if you'd prefer if we helped you with the design, our friendly team will bring the idea to life. We can install lights on gutters, rooflines, trees, shrubs, windows, pillars, and almost anywhere else you'd like them. Our lights come in warm white, pure white, and every colour of the rainbow making each install unique. Some of our customers search on Google or Pinterest for cool designs, and then send us their favourite. We can make anything happen!

Installation:

Our commercial grade C9 LED lights are custom cut to every house so that they fit your roofline perfectly. No dangling wires or extra lights stuffed in eavestroughs. If you are planning on moving or changing up the design next year - don't worry, we can modify our spool to either add length or remove length. Our friendly crews will arrive on the time and date agreed upon and introduce themselves. We will have everything we need to get the installation done in a quick and efficient manner. Most installations take between 2 and 4 hours to complete.

Maintenance:

Every Christmas light installation comes with our maintenance guarantee. If a light burns out or if a strand gets knocked down by the wind - give us a call. We will happily come out and fix the issue, typically within 24 hours. Maintenance is free all season long.

Takedown:

We begin takedowns in early January but we are flexible with dates depending on your preference. Once we take down your lights, we label them neatly, and put them in a container for next year. We ask our customers to simply store them in a dry place indoors until next season.

Next Season:

We keep your design on hand for a repeat of the same beautiful display next year! The following season when we come out we only charge you for the install and takedown as you own the lights from the first season. Keep in mind, you are eligible for a free colour switch every season with us at no extra charge.
