Do I need to be present when the work is done?
We highly recommend having our customers present for the first 15 minutes on the first day to confirm the details of the work order. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and that your vision is clearly understood. Lastly, we also appreciate having you there at the end of the job. This allows you to see everything in its final state before we start cleaning our brushes and packing up. This way, you can ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction and any final adjustments can be made if necessary.
Is the paint included in the price?
Yes! We've got you covered. Just let us know your desired colour and sheen (don't worry, we can help you choose), and we'll take care of picking up the paint. No runs to the paint store for you!
What happens if it rains the day of my exterior painting project?
We monitor the weather forecast religiously and adjust our painting schedule accordingly. Depending on where we are in the process, we'll pause or reschedule your project faster than you can say, "Rain, rain, go away, come again another day!".
How long does painting take?
Ah, the timeless question. While every project is unique, our average job size is around 5-7 days. With that being said, once we start on your project, we're committed to seeing it through. We don't bounce around from job to job. Your walls have our undivided attention, and we won't leave you hanging for another customer.

While we can't turn back time and make your cabinets truly brand new, we can promise a stunning transformation that will make them appear fresh, rejuvenated, and oh-so-gorgeous. Do you offer commercial services?
We certainly do! Aside from residential, we also offer our services for all types of commercial properties. This includes: condominium complexes, office buildings, restaurants, storefronts, townhouse councils, business parks, industrial buildings, and more.
What do I need to do to prepare for the work?
Before our painting team arrives, make sure to remove any fragile or valuable items from the work area. Besides that, not much! We'll take care of the rest, including moving furniture or heavy items out of the way. Just sit back, relax, and let us transform your space!
Will I have access to my kitchen while the walls and cabinets are being painted?
While your kitchen is being worked on you'll still have access to your cupboards, drawers, and fridge contents. Although, we recommend avoiding any cooking with your stove to avoid excessive heat near drying paint as well as any oil splatter. Don't worry, we'll work quickly to give you back your kitchen in all its freshly painted glory!
What type of paint do you use?
We've got a colourful arsenal of different paints for various situations. Our go-to favourites are Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. Rest assured, we'll find the perfect paint to bring your vision to life.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheque, e-transfer, or cash. We do not accept debit or credit cards.
Do you clean up after the painting is finished?
Absolutely! We're committed to leaving your space as neat as we found it! Floors and furniture? They're covered during the process to protect them from any stray splatters. And once we're done, it's like a magic act - everything's back to its original state, as if we were never there, except for your stunning new walls!
